Working Principle
The Hydraulic Compost Turner employs a crawler-type running mechanism and operates straddling strip-shaped material piles. Augers and mixing tools beneath the frame turn and mix the compost material, ensuring full oxygen exposure throughout the pile. After completing one pile, the machine turns and shifts to form a new pile in the adjacent position, enabling continuous operation.
Drive System: A dedicated gearbox ensures reliable quality, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. Universal joints are used for component transmission, guaranteeing durability. The roller shaft features dual-chain pulleys and dual-chain transmission for extended service life.
Hydraulic System: The auger features hydraulic automatic lifting for easy adjustment of the mixing tools’ distance from the ground, accommodating different compost layer thicknesses. The distributor also employs hydraulic automatic lifting, ensuring convenient operation and high production efficiency.
Steering System: A rod-type steering wheel makes operation simple, saving time and space while improving working efficiency.
