OFEC Product Center

OFEC offers a full range of equipment systems covering the entire organic fertilizer production process, including core granulation lines (drum, extrusion, disc) and the E1 Station designed for small capacity and low investment. We also provide supporting single machines, environmental protection systems, and old plant renovation.

All products are modularly designed based on customer raw material characteristics and capacity requirements, balancing efficiency, durability, and operational economy.

Organic Fertilizer Granulation Lines

Drum Granulation Line

Characterized by high single-unit capacity and closed-loop design, suitable for large-scale, high-output organic fertilizer production. Produces round, uniform granules with high strength. Capacity range: 3–30 TPH.

Extrusion Roller Granulation Line

No drying or low-temperature drying required – perfect for high-moisture organic materials. It produces uniform granules with a low return rate, offering a capacity of 1–5 TPH.

Disc Granulation Line
Simple structure, low investment, and flexible operation. Well-suited for small to medium-sized organic fertilizer plants and multiple formula switching, with a capacity of 1–6 TPH.
E1 Fertilizer Production Station
A compact, modular granulation line developed specifically for small-scale, low-budget projects. Capacity ranges from 0.5 to 1.5 TPH.

In organic fertilizer production, granulation is the core process that converts powdered organic materials into granular products. Different raw material characteristics, capacity targets, and process requirements determine the selection of granulation equipment. OFEC offers three mainstream models – the drum granulator, disc granulator, and roller granulator – covering the full spectrum from small-scale trials to large-scale industrial organic fertilizer production.

In organic fertilizer production, fermentation is the critical front‑end process that determines both product quality and output. Organic wastes – such as livestock manure, crop straw, sewage sludge, and more – must undergo thorough aerobic fermentation to be transformed into stable, harmless, and nutrient‑balanced raw materials. This provides a high‑quality base for subsequent crushing, batching, granulation, and other processes.
