To keep pace with a growing volume of global equipment orders, Chinese organic fertilizer machinery leader OFEC has announced a major manufacturing and technology upgrade across its primary industrial facility in Tai’an, China. Operating from an expansive, long-standing 20,000-square-meter heavy industrial footprint, the company is leveraging its deep engineering experience and established large-scale fabrication capabilities to meet the soaring global demand for high-capacity, heavy-duty processing systems.Rather than relying on future expansions, OFEC’s fully operational Tai’an factory already houses automated robotic welding cells, an advanced metallurgy laboratory for stress-testing wear-resistant alloys, and ultra-large-scale CNC gantry milling machines. Backed by decades of continuous manufacturing experience, these heavy fabrication tools are fully optimized to handle massive, large-bore industrial structures, safely supporting an impressive internal cylinder equipment processing diameter of up to 4.5 meters. This high-level technical capability ensures rapid turnaround times and precision engineering for flagship systems, including heavy-duty pan granulators, high-output rotary drum granulators, heavy-duty compost turners, and robust rotary dryers and coolers, for major agricultural projects across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Europe.

As part of this comprehensive production upgrade, OFEC complex features an advanced Testing Center. This facility allows international customers to ship raw material samples directly to OFEC for pre-procurement trial runs. This ensures that the dynamic variables of dynamic tilt, rotation speed, and binder allocation are fully customized to the client’s material profile before final production begins.

The testing center also functions as a permanent training academy where global field operators can pick up diagnostic skills via immersive, real-scale mockups of processing setups. This center reinforces the brand’s core values of innovation-driven design, flawless quality, and battle-tested manufacturing experience.
