SHANGHAI (June 2026) — Leading Chinese heavy-industry machinery manufacturer OFEC has formally announced the signing of a landmark turnkey Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract with a prominent European agricultural syndicate. Under this major commercial agreement, OFEC will engineer, supply, and commission industrial-scale organic fertilizer processing plants designed to recycle regional livestock slurry and agricultural residues into premium commercial pellets. This project leverages OFEC’s extensive international execution experience, having already provided high-quality consulting, design, and manufacturing services across more than 75 countries, including major agricultural hubs in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
The design phase integrates OFEC’s proprietary pre-treatment conditioning arrays—utilizing heavy-duty vertical chain crushers and dual-shaft continuous mixers—with high-throughput pelletization modules. To clear Europe’s strict CE safety and technical compliance frameworks, OFEC has integrated a centralized programmable logic controller (PLC) system. This setup automates the mass balance loop from raw volumetric feeding down to the final downstream bag-palletizing robots. Winning this contract against a field of domestic and international competitors establishes the Chinese equipment specialist’s capacity to deliver highly engineered systems to highly regulated Western markets.Furthermore, OFEC’s European engineering package includes localized emission scrubbers to control ammonia and volatile organic compound (VOC) outgassing. This guarantees that the facility operates entirely within EU air-quality boundaries, offering international clients a stress-free route to regulatory compliance. The system also introduces a multi-stage filtration layout that neutralizes hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) emissions directly, ensuring a safe, odor-free workspace that conforms to strict regional municipal zoning policies.
